Return policy

1. General information

As a seller based in Switzerland, we offer you the option of returning ordered items under certain conditions. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland like there is in the EU – nevertheless, we voluntarily grant you a right of return.

 

2. Return period

You can return unused and originally packaged products to us within 14 days of receipt. The postmark date is decisive.

 

3. Conditions for return

• The goods must be unopened, undamaged and complete.

• Food, opened packaging or hygiene products are excluded from returns.

• Reduced items and promotional items are also excluded from the right of return.

• The return is at your own expense and risk.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Return from abroad

International customers can also make use of our right of return.
Please note:

• Returns from abroad must be clearly declared as returned goods to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

• Any customs or return costs are at your expense.
